Call centre sales training

Peter Charles Solutions offer a Call/Contact centre sales training course. This programme is run over 2 days and introduces the participants to inbound and outbound call sales techniques.The programme uses a mixture of solo/group work and role plays as participants learn about features, advantages and benefits, what they are and how and when to use them and the customer's buying cycle.

The course includes a step by step guide to locate where a customer is up to in the buying process and how to influence the final decision.

All Peter Charles Solutions courses can be designed with a bespoke element that reflects your organisation. This can include logos, 'internal language' and materials, so that all participants have the opportunity to impliment this training in their working life with immediate effect.

The courses are all facilitated by experienced Peter Charles Solutions trainers and are priced at £750 per day excluding materials, any internal design work undertaken, mileage ,expenses and VAT. The courses can be run either on site or off and we are flexible with regard to shift patterns in terms of early starts and later finishes.

This price refects one trainer and up to 12 participants during each days course
