Coaching is a rapidly growing form of learning and development. A recent CIPD survey, has identified that 79% of respondents are now using coaching within their organisation as a key development tool. The term ‘coaching’ has come to mean so many different activities and there is much confusion about how coaching is similar or different to mentoring, and indeed different from other helping behaviours such as counselling. However, the one thing that most agree on, is that both coaching and mentoring activities enable individuals (and therefore organisations) to reach their full potential.

 

Peter Charles Solutions develop coaching in the workplace, linking that coaching to KPI's within the business and providing experienced coaches, to train or coach, indivduals or teams. We work with organisations, by researching and observing people within the workplace, identifing issues where coaching needs to focus, designing a bespoke programme which is then linked to measureable benefits. We firmly believe that coaching should be linked to bottom line profitability, goal setting and moving beyond the classroom, to the 'live' working environment.

Our coaching also includes follow up programmes so that attendees are able to show they have coached their own teams to further success. In that way we believe that coaching can;
