Competency Based Interview training
Peter Charles Solutions offer competency based interviews as part of our wide range of assessment tools. We work with FTSE 100/250 and SME companies on a regular basis to attract, assess, interview and employ, only the very best candidates. As part of our training offering, we are also able to offer Competency Based Interview Training. This interview training develops internal staff and therefore widens the skill base particularly at a time of regular recruitment or expansion, thereby keeping internal costs down and candidate selection quality high. The Competency Based Interview Training course is a two day course that explains the basis of competency based interviewing and looks at the skills needed to develop as an interviewer. The course also features role play,(which can be video or voice recorded for future reference), as part of developing interviewers in a 'live' situation. As with all Peter Charles Solutions courses, materials are avaliable and can be designed to reflect your organisation with logos, internal language and internal company situations, which future interviewers may come across when interviewing.
