Conflict resolution training

Peter Charles Solutions offers Conflict Resolution Training. This training is designed as a 1 day course that introduces participants to the concept of anger management and conflict avoidance. The course determines what sources of conflict affect their working life, why anger is a problem and what practical changes can be considered. The course also introduces relaxation and 'framing' ideas, as well as discussing and tackling the  'Blame game' in your workplace.

All Peter Charles Solutions courses can be designed with a bespoke element that reflects your organisation. This can include logos, 'internal language' and materials, so that all participants have the opportunity to impliment this training in their working life with immediate effect.

The course is facilitated by experienced Peter Charles Solutions trainers and is priced at £725 per day excluding materials, any internal design work undertaken and VAT. The course can be run either on site or off and we are flexible with regard to shift patterns in terms of early starts and later finishes. The price reflects one trainer and up to 12 participants during each days course.
