Cost effective psychometric testing

Peter Charles Solutions offer Psychometric testing and training -

We are able to offer both assessment and selection psychometric testing and support using materials such as the OPQ and Myers Briggs with qualified testers, clear and structured feedback and objective reports. This has helped clients, as part of their assessment process, get a better understanding of the person being considered for the role. We also offer a range of other psychometric tests, from a large range of test publishers. These tests can be completed on site or off site and our qualified testers will also provide feedback, if required.

Our team consists of organisational psychologists who are BPS (British Psychological Society) registered, who support clients in this area and have developed the data to inform wider conections within organisations. This has involved developing team working and team dynamics, so that all relevant team members have a better understanding on their working colleagues.

Training in Level A psychometric testing. This training is a 3 day course that explains the concept of psychometric testing. The course develops an understanding of testing methods and the tests involved. We use tests from major publishers and introduce participants to a variety of testing material so they have greater options when back in their workplace. At the end of the course, participants are awarded the Level A certificate in Psychometric testing, as recognised by the BPS; (The British Psychological Society).
