Customer service training

Peter Charles Solutions offer customer service training as part of our wide range of training courses. We work with FTSE 100/250 and SME companies on a regular basis to train and develop all staff in customer/sales service.

Customer Service Training. This training develops internal staff and therefore widens the skill base particularly in both front line staff and those internal staff members who don't recognise they also have customers!

This programme is run as a 1 or 2 day course, depending on the level of skill needed and the job role. The training programme is designed to introduce the concepts and ideas behind customer service before reinforcing models and practical tips toward improving customer service. The programme then develops the service element with a number of researched models , so that participants have an understanding of how, why and when, to 'influence' customer service, to the benefit of the customer and organisation.

We can also offer a 'Retail Experience' where staff are taken offsite to visit local markets or other retailers and they can experience customer service at first hand after learning about what, how and why to influence customers!!!They can then see how other people use the techniques or not!  

As with all Peter Charles Solutions courses, materials are avaliable and can be designed to reflect your organisation with logos, internal language and internal company situations. Prices for this course depend on off site locations and which course your organisation feels will give it the best return.
