Janet Brindle (Human Resource Professional)
Janet is a Human Resource professional, with extensive knowledge and experience in both management and consultative roles. Janet has worked in recruitment and selection, coaching and developing people. She is flexible in her approach, accommodating a varity of working environments and able to offer a wide range of Interpersonal Skills.
Janet has gained experience across the UK in both the public and private sector, including call centres, financial services, utility companies, media, manufacturing, retail, local government, telecoms and distribution. Recent client work for Peter Charles Solutions has included a consultancy role within a telecoms call centre, delivering 1:1 coaching and feedback of 'soft skills' to 500 advisors and 30 Team Managers, taking the national lead coordinating/facilitating assessment centres for volume recruitment (at all levels and roles) for a major utilities company, designing a high level training programme for introduction of competency based recruitment processes for a city council and co-designing, delivering initial training and implementing a continuous development/competency led appraisal process for a leading North West newspaper group. Janet is a member of the CIPD, has a Diploma in Performance and Life Coaching, Certificate in Counselling and is also Psycometric Level A qualifed. She is also an accredited Member of the National Mentoring Scheme.
