Janet Dutfield (Organisational Development)

Janet Dutfield is an experienced Organisational Development professional, specialising in Human Resources, Change Management, Leadership, Development and training. She has a strong management background in Contact Sales and Service Centres.

Janet has held senior positions and consulted within HR and Leadership Development in the Financial Services & Not for Profit Sectors and has been involved in significant change projects within those sectors. Janet has long term experience of working in the affordable housing sector, leading and developing teams.

Recent examples of Janet's involvement include a multi-million pound outsourcing activity, HR and Organisational Management that included the design, building, piloting and implementation of HR processes,  a Leadership & Development programme that included the facilitation of workshops and recent Mergers & Acquisitions within a number of sectors. Janet has led a project to develop and implement robust HR Organisational change plans which promoted effective governance, superior expertise and/or lower cost and clearer line of sight to customer for a retail bank. This included, facilitating the integration of 400 Building Society employees into a Banking structure ensuring HR Processes were in place and 'ring fenced' so that the staff were effectively managed.

Janet has also designed, managed and implemented a major internal & external campaign to successfully recruit 80 senior/middle purchasing managers, including e-procurement roles and successfully migrated (TUPE) 70 employees, to the telecoms sector, as part of a £500m technical network deal.
