John Goulding (Human Resources Manager)
John is a Banking professional with 33 years experience. His last 9 years were spent as the Regional Human Resources Manager supporting line management and a workforce of 2600. He is an enthusiastic team player with significant experience in a wide range of Human Resource issues including;
Recruitment, Assessment centres, Exit schemes, Disciplinary and Grievance, Performance Management and Equality and Diversity. John has worked on a range of recruitment, management development, selection/recruitment training, counselling and disciplinary and grievance issues for companies including Littlewoods, O2, Barclays Bank, HBOS, CIS (Co Operative Insurance Services), NTL, Npower, The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, Manchester Airport Group and the Harratt Motor Group. John is an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Bankers, and is a holder of the Ordinary and Higher National Diploma in Business Studies. He holds the British Psychological Society Certificate of Competency in Occupational Testing and is Level A & B qualified in SHL psychometric testing. He is also a trainer in Performance Based Selection.
