We offer 'end to end' recruitment consultancy and development services which cover the whole spectrum, from high volume advisors up to senior management positions. We are currently looking to further strengthen out team of Assessors nationwide. We need experienced and talented individuals who will build on and enhance our excellent reputation in the market. Consequently our selection criterion will be demanding. In addition to having relevant experience in e.g. competency based interviewing, role playing, etc., we need assessors with excellent communication, team working, time management and data gathering skills. We also require 'politically sensitive' and 'customer focused' professionals who are aware of and will support the needs of out 'Event Managers' and Clients. We encourage self-development /potential at PCS and will give assessors the opportunity to manage events if they satisfy our challenging requirements. |
