Michelle Steer( Admin Manager)

Michelle is an highly effective HR professional, with a wealth of experience in assessment centres, all aspects of recruitment processes and all levels of recruitment administration. Michelle is an excellent communicator at all levels with good organisational skills and is responsible for the coordination of the Peter Charles Solutions team nationwide.

Prior to joining Peter Charles Solutions, Michelle worked at Marks & Spencer as HR administrator for a large multi million pound store operation. Previously, Michelle was responsible for a large recruitment project at Freedom Finance and telephone screening for candidates at Thomson Holidays. That work involved a high volume recruitment process for a busy call centre and Michelle arranged 1 to 1 competency based interviews, designed and wrote the selection activities for wide range of job descriptions and handled the advertisement responses from a major newspaper recruitment campaign. Michelle is also trained as a level A administrator for SHL testing.

Earlier in her career, Michelle worked at British Airways as a Team Leader for customer care. Her role included leading and managing day to day activities with a team of 18 Customer Service Agents.
