Psychometric testing training

Peter Charles Solutions offer a full range of Psychometric testing. This can be either on site testing of candidates for job roles or training in psychometric testing itself. We offer our services with a large range of published tests from all leading test publishers. Alternatively we offer test training. This is a 3 day course that explains the whole testing element of psychometric testing.

The course develops an understanding of testing methods and the tests involved, with the award at the end of this programme, of the Level A in psychometric testing, as recognised by the BPS (The British Psychological Society). This course is run by a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and space is strictly limited.

All Peter Charles Solutions courses can be designed with a bespoke element that reflects your organisation. This can include logos, 'internal language' and materials, so that all participants have the opportunity to impliment this training in their working life with immediate effect.

The courses are all facilitated by experienced Peter Charles Solutions Occupational Psychologists and are priced at £750 per day excluding materials, any internal design work undertaken, mileage ,expenses and VAT. The courses can be run either on site or off and we are flexible with regard to locations. Equally we can provide experienced psychometric testers, nationwide, who can help test, feedback and support your organisation during periods of recruitment or interview.

The price featured refects one occupational psychologist and up to 5 participants during each test training course. Pricing for psychometric testing, depends on the tests chosen and the timings and length of any engagement.
