Peter Charles Solutions has recent experience of challenges as diverse as the following. Since 2003 we have worked with FTSE 100 companies developing and selecting major staff volumes. · We have since assisted 2 FTSE 100 companies in their assessment and selection services for over 2000 new staff members in the year 2007. This has meant Peter Charles Solutions, designing, trailing and editing selection materials, interviewing and assisting HR in the recruitment of over 2000 new staff members in over 10 positions, across 12 sites, in England, Wales and Scotland. In that time we have supplied all the assessors needed, to fixed timescales and locations,often 5 days per week, without any time or cost delay. Because of that service, we have been delighted to continue to develop our selection and assessment services with both those organisations in 2008. We have also: · Assisting in the marketing, branding and communication strategy for a university-based technology centre in the North East of England · Re-engineering all aspects of a financial services call centre to deliver leading edge customer sales and services.
· Advising a major retailer on how to develop their brand network. Intrim management support and selection/training of new staff.
