Remi Eves(Training and Development )

Remi Eves is an experienced Training and Development Consultant who has experience of working with a variety of industry sectors, both Public and Private Sector. Recent clients include:

Barclays Bank, British Waterways, TV Licensing, Manchester Business School, O2; Natwest; De Vere Hotels; ntl; British Gas, Norwich Union, Yorkshire Building Society,and the Criminal Records Bureau.

Remi has designed and implemented new course material for 120 students at Manchester Business School and contributed to their MBA Programme. She has also completed a training needs analysis for O2, which assessed their current Customer Retention Training Programme.  Based on that training needs analysis, Remi designed new material which included training existing Trainers and analysing the impact of the new material on the business.  She has also worked with Brittania Building Society on a competency based framework which improved staff suitability for the role and in turn reduced attrition and drop out rates in training.

Remi is a certified NLP practitioner, and uses the techniques of NLP in training and coaching to change existing belief systems and attitudes. Remi has fluent spoken German, and has travelled across Europe to work with clients during 2007.
