Ross Sammeroff ( HR /Employee relations)
Ross has worked in the fields off HR, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Assessment for over 25 years. Ross has extensive experience and expertise in setting up and running HR and Recruitment departments that meet the needs of businesses, from multi million pound turnover to SME. He has successfully worked at Director and other organisational levels and is particularly good at building effective relationships with stakeholders.
Ross has worked in both the private and public sectors and across diverse areas including Retail, Banking, Manufacturing, Health, Travel, Telecoms and the Civil Service. Ross has specialised in recruitment and assessment work over the last 15 years. He has worked as an international Director of Recruitment with a global network of recruitment offices and agencies. Ross has worked as part of the Peter Charles Solutions team for the last 2 years and during that time has assisted organisations such as; Orange, Capita, Barclays, NTL, the Civil Service, Abbey and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Ross is a qualified with a BA degree in Business Studies, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
