Sean Heneghan (Organisational Psychologist)

Sean has over five years of experience in both designing and delivering organisational and bespoke training solutions, selection and assessment in a variety of sectors, including financial, retail, call/contact centre, leisure and public sector. Prior to that, Sean worked in retail for 17 years, covering a variety of operational management roles.

In one of those roles Sean liaised with all sections of the business concerned, as he was part of a team that achieved a record £25 million first year turnover. Sean has since worked extensively in training, both in a sales and an interpersonal format improving skills, for use by those, in everyday contact with customers.

Sean has an MSc in Organisational Psychology, is a trained user of psychometric assessment instruments and has brought a psychological approach to designing and developing a number of recent training programmes for clients. Sean is also a qualified coach, registered with the Association for Coaching with experience of working in both UK and Asia.
