We also help companies to improve quality and cost effective service delivery, particularly when strategy needs to be translated into daily actions and create a workforce that feels involved and motivated to support change.

A recent example of this was our Bradford and Bingley Operation.  Having already provided the new interim operations manager, PCS was responsible for bringing together a dispirited team of staff.  They had not been used to being managed against objectives and measured in terms of outputs, agreed key service and operating level agreements. The programme showed a dramatic improvement in performance across 140 people. We designed and introduced performance management and continuous improvement tools, top gain the following results.

We went on to train their own facilitators to continue the roll out a change programme. A 18 month coaching/mentoring programme was established, whereby Managers and their teams were assessed against key criteria every fortnight.  Business skills and people management skills are now being professionally applied.

With one of our major clients we are currently mentoring, training and coaching interview and assessment techniques that will shortly allow them to take back from PCS the whole process previously managed by us.
