Team working skills training

                                               Peter Charles Solutions runs a team working skills programme. This programme is run as a 1 day, 2 day or 3 day course, depending on the addition of an outward bound element. This element takes most of the third day as the skills outlined and learnt on day one and two are put into practice.

The first day outlines team working skills and models and day two then sets those models into the context of the organisation involved, so that participants have both a general and then work spectfic, understanding of their role within the organisation.

All Peter Charles Solutions courses can be designed with a bespoke element that reflects your organisation. This can include logos, 'internal language' and materials, so that all participants have the opportunity to impliment this training in their working life with immediate effect.

The courses are all facilitated by experienced Peter Charles Solutions trainers and are competitively priced per day excluding materials, any internal design work undertaken, mileage ,expenses and VAT. The courses can be run either on site or off and we are flexible with regard to shift patterns in terms of early starts and later finishes. If the outward bound element is used, we would require at least 6-8 weeks notice so that sites can be organised or elements arranged.If our own sites are used they are nationwide so please ask for details.

The final price will be refective of one trainer and up to 10 participants during each day's course. A 2 or 3 day outward bound course would require a second trainer.
